“Staff was very good but the room smelled very bad Floors looks dirty”

“Have to pay EXTRA for the breakfast and WiFi. Ridiculous. I have never had to do that when traveling and never at any other holiday Inn property. Told them to keep both. But the room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. We will stay elsewhere next time we travel.”

“This was an extended stay. It was absolutely horrible. I was so upset I didn’t sleep. People actually live in this hotel. It was so dirty and smelled horrible. I will never be back!”
